Windsong Ranch’s significant lifestyle and amenity package is now headlined by THE LAGOON, a five-acre, crystal clear lagoon that brings a Caribbean-like lifestyle to the community. Here, residents can relax in lounge chairs on the white sand beaches or enjoy an array of watersports, such as paddleboarding and kayaking, out on the clear turquoise waters.

Some neighborhoods are ignored by prospective homebuyers

Some neighborhoods are hot. These neighborhoods are not.

Northwood Estates in Dallas and Panther Heights in Fort Worth ranked among the neighborhoods that U.S. homebuyers are least interested in, according to a recent report by HouseFresh, which collected Zillow sales listings from America’s 100 most populous cities and ranked the neighborhoods based on the number of times users viewed the listings in the area.

Northwood Estates averages a mere 47 daily views on Zillow’s house listing site — the sixth fewest in the nation. Panther Heights averages a measly 53 daily views, eighth fewest in the nation.

8 North Texas homes are among the state’s priciest listings for May

Eight homes in the region ranked among the most expensive new real estate listings in the state in May, according to a monthly list compiled by the Houston Association of Realtors.

The most expensive listing in the state to hit the market last month was in North Dallas, the $60 million Crespi Estate. The landmark home was once owned by Tom Hicks, a Dallas investor and former owner of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars.

The priciest listings in North Texas this month were scattered throughout the region, from Uptown Dallas and University Park to the Athens area and Decatur. Two were condo units near downtown Dallas.
