George Milos — Broker/Owner, Nord Realty

I have been a full-time Realtor since 1999 and am the broker-owner of Nord Realty. Over more than twenty-five years I have handled residential and commercial transactions across the Metroplex, with roughly two decades of that work in foreclosures — BPOs, bank-owned homes, and the institutional side of the business. Most of my activity is in Collin County, with incursions into Dallas County as needed.

Before real estate, I trained as an engineer. I graduated from the Traian Vuia Polytechnic Institute in Timișoara, Romania, and worked on large industrial projects for two major state-owned companies as a project manager, handling surveying and financial reporting. In the early 1990s I worked for an engineering firm in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. That background still shapes how I read a property: structure, drainage, site conditions, and what a repair estimate should actually say.
